Update - We've noticed an issue with the group permission in the /arc file system. In most cases, it is completely innocuous: if you do "ls -l filename" you may notice the group is set to "nogroup" eg.:
-rwxrw-r--. 1 sgwyn nogroup 726 Jun 29 2021 getdata.py
However in some cases, it leads to users (other than the file owner) being unable to access a shared file or folder. Note that in no cases will this problem result in protected data being exposed. We are working to resolve the issue. Updates will be posted here. If you notice additional odd behaviour related to file group permissions, please report it to support@canfar.net
